The adjustable thermostat can reach 570 degrees F and has ON and READY indicator lights and a timer to simplify use. Sandwiches, burgers, chicken, vegetables and other foods can be accommodated on the 17-inch-by-9.25-inch cooking surface, which also is great for panini production. Handles are heat resistant for added safety, and a large LCD display is easy to read.
