With Waring’s 10-tray dehydrator, operators can capitalize on dried foods for use in meals, desserts and beverages as well as produce jerky, dried fruit, herbs and more. The durable, stainless steel unit provides high-volume use in minimal counter space. Designed to concentrate flavor and preserve food freshness, the dehydrator features easy-to-use touchscreen controls. The 10 mesh racks measure 15-inches-by-13.5-inches, or 14 square feet in total. A digital LED display is visible, while five memory stations set and store programs. A clear-view glass door allows monitoring of the dehydrating process. Air is evenly distributed across all trays with a rear-mounted airflow system.
