A thermostat adjusts to 570 degrees F, and POWER and READY lights indicate when the grill is on and heated up appropriately. The 14.5-inch-by-11-inch cooking surface accommodates a wide range of products and can be used for pressing or grilling. The top plate is hinged and auto-balanced for food up to 3 inches thick. Handles are heat-resistant, so mitts and potholders are not needed for use.
