Because it is completely sealed, this unit can be used with liquids, making it even more versatile. The high-impact, durable and scratch-resistant polycarbonate construction provides visibility during use. Its black polycarbonate hopper resists scratches and breaks, as more than 20 processing options are accomplished. The continuous-feed hopper easily handles big slicing, dicing and shredding jobs. Work is performed with the heavy-duty stainless steel drive shaft, which is built to last through years of use. The unit includes easily switched blades and discs, which lock inside the mixer bowl.
