With 12 settings for a wide range of temperatures, cooking can be accomplished from 120 to 500 degrees F. Durability is not an issue, as the 11-inch-by-11-inch ceramic glass surface stands up to heavy use. Constructed of stainless steel, the induction range is easy to clean, yet still lightweight for use anywhere it is needed. It’s small size makes it perfect for kitchens short on space or smaller counters. A 10-hour countdown timer provides added cooking flexibility. With small object and empty pan detection, there is no worry of the range inadvertently turning on when it’s not needed.
