Adding delicious, fresh juice to the menu is easy with Waring’s juice extractor. Geared for busy operations, this unit works using a powerful brushless induction motor, which easily converts fruits and vegetables into juice. It utilizes a heavy-duty, 1.2 HP brushless induction motor, and large fruits and vegetables can be accommodated by the 3-inch feed chute. Continuous pulp ejection is accomplished into a large, 12-quart pulp container. The extractor’s powder-coated, die-cast metal housing, stainless steel filter basket and shredder disc are designed for years of service. Speeds top out at 3,600 RPMs. The juicing spigot can accommodate a 48-ounce blender jar and rotates while providing a no-drip feature to reduce mess. Safety interlock features and a cleaning brush are included.
