The lids are sealed, allowing for convenient liquid processing of up to 1.5 cups of product. This accommodates a wide range of mixtures, including pastes, dressings, sauces and creams. The powerful commercial grade, 1 HP motor works at 20,000 RPM. Stainless steel grinding blades and a sturdy, die-case motor housing and base are durable for a long service life. A PULSE function provides fine-tuning capabilities for custom consistencies.
