Wells B-50 Countertop Broiler has a stainless steel top and sides for added durability and a long service life. It features self-cleaning elements protected by heavy-duty cast-iron grates. Two heat zones are provided for versatile use with a wide range of products. These are positioned between the broiler grate ribs, protecting against direct food contact and abrasions from cooking utensils. Infinite controls regulate temperatures and cleaning is quick and easy with lift out drip pans with handles and removable grates.
